Shipping Policy

Each of our products is thoughtfully crafted to ensure quality, freshness, and care. Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing before shipment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will begin processing on the following business day.

At this time, we ship domestically within the Contiguous U.S. (48 States) only. Shipping timelines may vary and are calculated at checkout based on the availability of the items in your order and the selected shipping method.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. All shipments are insured, and any claims must be filed directly with the shipping provider.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
  • Orders cannot be modified or changed once they have been placed.

Refund Policy

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Exceptions are made only in the case of order discrepancies or items damaged during transit. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at info@tootiemerlot.com within 72 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number along with a clear photo showing the discrepancy or damage so we can properly assess your claim. Once your request is received, we will review the details and notify you of the status of your claim via the email address associated with your order.

Please note:

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
